2019 Uxbridge 5 Mile Race

The first Uxbridge 5 Mile Race organised by Bamford Group under UKA rules in association with Balcony Shirts.

The route for the race is a mixed residential and canal section setting that starts and finishes in the beautiful Fassnidge Park. The race is organised by runners for runners and is a fast and flat route where running a personal best is very possible as was proven by the past results. There will also be a free fun run for children of around 300m to 400m starting at 9.45am. No pre registration required.

Payment: Pay by major credit/debit cards via Stripe with Bamford Group online payment system.

Entry Fee: Affiliated Athlete £14.00 Un-affiliated £16.00

Entries Close: at 9pm on Friday 24th or sooner, if race capacity is reached.

Chip Timing: TBC

Race limit: 500

No entry fee refunds. No transfer of race numbers to another person is allowed.

Prizes: Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Man and woman.

Medal & T-shirts to all finishers.

The race is served by many public transport options. Uxbridge Train Station (Metropolitan/ Piccadilly lines) and Uxbridge Bus Station is only 5 minute walk to Race HQ. STRICTLY NO PARKING ON ROUTE. Please respect the residents and our community. Car Parks highlighted below.

Race time limit of 1.30 hours. After this time the course will be un-marshalled, facilities and signs packed away and we cannot guarantee the timekeepers will be at the finish line to record times.
